Authorized Use. X-Cloud is intended for personal and authorized use only. Any unauthorized access or use of X-Cloud is strictly prohibited.
User Content. You retain ownership of any content you upload to X-Cloud. However, by uploading content, you grant X-Cloud a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purposes of providing X-Cloud services.
Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use X-Cloud for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access or use of X-Cloud, uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, and using X-Cloud to transmit any viruses or harmful code.
Termination. X-Cloud may terminate your account at any time for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, X-Cloud may delete any content associated with your account.
